Hey there! This weeks episode is inspired by a friend, I’ll name Sunflower. We had a sweet time of fellowship one Sunday and we had talked about this topic of self love/self care, and how it is rooted in our knowledge of the truth about what God says of us. I hope you’re encouraged as I share some of my own insecurities and process of learning how to take care of myself, not to try and impress others, but because I matter to God, and i hope your inspired to do the same.  As always, I would love to hear from you!
