This James Harden and Daryl Morey Situation Is Pathologically Dumb

We're starting this episode off with FLAIR. James Harden joined the Philadelphia 76ers largely because of 76ers president Daryl Morey. But now, Harden has said Morey is a liar, and he will never be in an organization that he's a part of. And then he REPEATED it. Just in case there was any doubt, you know?

This comes on the heels of Harden requesting a trade (specifically to the Los Angeles Clippers) and the 76ers ending trade talks when they couldn't pull that move off. It's more offseason drama we don't need, but it sure does make for some fascinating content.

This is now the third time in three years Harden has requested a trade from his team. It's also extra silly because he opted into an extra year of his contract when he could have just signed with the Clippers as a free agent.

Plus, the silliness of trade machines, a pretty good poop joke, and a sports cliche about the media. What a grand ol' time.
