Running a 10K is Tiringly Dumb (But Totally Worth Doing)

Sean and Joey ran the Austin American Statesman Capitol 10K event on Sunday. It was quite the time! They share their experiences running the race, notable memories, and what it’s like to see a bright light when your body has given up. It’s less gloomy than that description sounds, we promise.
