The Longest Kill

My guest this week is British Army sniper and veteran Craig Harrison. Craig was known for the longest kill in the world at just over 1.5 miles. Since leaving the army, he has battled PTSD and our conversation highlights the struggles we all go through with our mental health.

 This is a very important episode to highlight mental health and show you that there is help out there, no matter who you are. It is the darkness that we find the light, and by having these open conversations, we learn that human connection is a tool for healing.
