We are always in a state of well being.  We're conscious of that state when we slow down enough to notice it.  I've recorded this podcast to reinforce a habit of slowing down enough to be conscious of well being, the fact that I'm OK, always have been, always will be, and could never be otherwise.  My/our true nature is to be ONE with all that exists, living in eternal love, joy and peace.  The game is to be consciouis of our true nature so we can be conscious of our divinity.

So many of the thoughts we have blind us to our true nature.  One way to lessen the power of those destructive thoughts is to accept they exist and we have the power to choose not to act on them.  Too often people try to hide or push away or fight against negative thoughts.  This only makes them stronger.  For me, at least, the most effective response to negative thoughts is to acknowledge their existence, give them permission to be, and choose not to act on. them.  That makes room for positive thoughts to enter our mind and we can choose to act on those positive thoughts, making our life better and better.  If you'd like my help in gaining greater mastery over your mind and behavior and outcomes, contact me at [email protected]
