Uncovering Joy

Like love, peace and wisdom, all the joy that exists, exists within us waiting for us to be conscious of it.  This podcast is part of my effort to be more aware, accepting, appreciative and acknowledging of the joy that I (and you, and everyone else) am.

Boundless joy is already part of who we are.  It always has been and always will be.  It couldn't be otherwise.  Being consciously aware of this fact makes all the difference in our conscious experience of life.
