All the happiness, love, joy and peace that are ever consciously experienced are experienced in the present moment. Ways to be conscious of the present moment with all of its benefits include, focusing on being aware of our breathing; listening to the thoughts in our mind without picking them up; being aware of the sun on our skin, being aware of the breeze on our skin and a great many other ways.
