Partial win win immigration solution

Reinstituting the Bracero program in which employeers sponsor workers from Mexico to fill jobs no one else will do is a win win solution.  It won't solve all the immigration problems, but it is a step in the right direction that could lead to additiional steps.

We need to identify and implement win win solutions wherever we can.  This is how society moves forward in.  It's how we act on the fact that we all rise and fall together, we are one.
