There is almost always some pain in progress. We all would rather avoid pain. Trying to avoid the pain of progress is a fools errand. The pain only gets worse and is drawn out over a longer period of time. Like in every other area, acceptance is healing. The more we can accept and experience the pain, the more it is healed and dissipates of its own accord.
Here I share some of my current experience trying to heal some of my pain through acceptance.
