Mysticism being more practical in my mind

I am attracted to anything that I find gives me a deeper experience of peace.  Looking at life as a projection of my mind with the intent to experience more of who I am through contrast (duality), gives me peace.  I recorded this podcast in an effort to more fully adopt that perspective and experience greater peace as a result.
