Leadership is not optional

For me taking a leadership role is necessary for me in almost all my  perspectives.  I need leadership to earn a living.  I need leadership to help me appreciate and experience who I am.  I need leadership to feel connected and one with others.  This podcast is recorded in an effort to get myself to accept the benefits of taking more leadership opportunities.
