Increasing self esteem with honesty

Feeling good about myself has been a lifelong challenge for me.  I've historically always been hard on myself focusing more on what I haven't achieved than on who I am.  I've been using the thought "being more honest with myself is the solution to every problem" to address this problem.  FINALLY, I'm beginning to feel better about myself.  This podcast is an effort to build on that.
