Honesty and kindness

I find having a focus of attention that is applicable to all the different perspectives and circumstances in which I find myself is confidence producing.  For me the focus of my attention that seems to serve me best is to be as honest and kind as I can figure out how.  This podcast is part of my attempt to further strengthen the role honesty and kindness play in my life.
