Suffering in any form does not exist in the present moment.  Recently, I've healed back pain by being conscious of my breathing.  I wasn't trying to breath any particular way, simply being aware of how I happend to be breathing in the moment.  As I watched my breathing, it changed all by itself to be deeper and slower.  My body adjusted itself all by itself in response to the breathing change.  With that body adjustment, everything seemed to flow and the pain was gone.  I'm using the same technique to heal emotional stress and financial stress and relationship stress.

As this stress is healed, stress producing thoughts are arising.  I am acknowledging the existence of those thoughts, choosing not to act on them, and refocusing on my breathing.  If you'd like my help in identifying negative limiting thoughts that have been denied, let me know at [email protected].  Once a negative limiting thought is denied, we have the choice to act on it or not.
