Too little attachment is not being focused every day on what's most important to us. Too much attachment is wanting what we want so much the fear of disappointment paralyzes us and we don't take any action.
Optimal detachment is acknowledging what is important to us and why. It is acting on inspiration to move us in the direction we want most to go. It is being aware of the peace and self respect inherent in believing and acting on the belief we can have and do what is most important to us in life.
The book I've written that most clearly addresses this is "Believing in Our Self, the Master Skill" . That and other books I've written can be found at the bottom of page 1 of my web site, www.visirity.com. Clink on the link and it will take you to Amazon.
