Extending peace

I've recorded podcasts before about extending peace and here's another one.  With each repetition there is more energy, light and effectiveness, so I don't mind repeating topics because it drives my acceptance and congruence deeper.  After all, who wouldn't want more peace, or love, or joy in their life?
