The solution to every problem is contained in being present. Never give up the effort to restore our attention to the present moment. That's where all suffering ends. Some of the ways I've found that restore my attention to the present moment are; be aware of my breathing; be aware of thoughts in my mind; feel the sun or wind on my skin; be aware of various parts of my body and allow inspiratiion to flow through me when I'm already present.
