Being conscious of our breathing allows it naturally to improve. Improved breathing improves health, thinking, reduces or eliminates pain and generally improves our life. We need not try to comform to any particular type of breathing to realize these benefits. We need only be aware of our current breathing and the rest will unfold of its own accord.
