It takes many repetitions to replace patterns based on false assumptions with patterns based on accurate assumptions. That applies to patterns of feeling "stuck" as opposed to patterns of increasingly productive and enjoyable behavior.
By accepting that we feel stuck when we do feel that way, and accepting the thoughts that give rise to that feeling, we become increasingly free from those thoughts and their creations - feeling stuck.
