Being in the zone

We all love being in the ZONE.  I've discovered that one important aspect of being in the zone is the fact that we're not thinking when we're in the zone.  We're spontaneous and amazingly creative and effective.  (Think John Carey and Robin Williams).  This podcast is an effort for me to be more in the zone.
