Respect - R E S P E C T  - We all know the song, but do we live it.

Getting respect actually requires effort on your part. You have to be respectful to get respect. You can't demand respect. You can demand obedience, but you can't demand respect. Respect is earned and I believe that respect is missing in a lot of places today.

Today I speak about the need for and how to check yourself as to where you stand with giving and receiving respect.
