You have to know what you want in order to change. Even if it's just the basics, you have to be able to picture it because when you start to change Murphy is going to come calling. Murphy doesn't like change. He likes chaos. Because of this if you can't picture where you want to end up, Murphy will take charge and make life a living nightmare until you decide it isn't worth it.

Murphy is great friends with your comfort zone and they work in tandem to screw you over.
