Not listening to someone who's been there, done that, and gotten the T-shirt is a quick way to find yourself falling flat on your face.

When you are attempting to grow and have big dreams, it is important to have a guide or mentor that understands your goals and dreams. Be careful as you select your chosen guide because they will have a dramatic effect on your life.

Ultimately though, the challenge is yours to actually listen and do what they say.

Only those that take the steps required can truly understand the value of a good mentor!!!
