By two weeks into a New Years resolution, most people quit. Here are two steps that you can use, easy steps to ensure that you won't quit on yourself. You deserve to be one of the people that completes your goals, accomplishes your resolutions, but bad habits will make you fail every time if you let them.  Here's a couple things you can do to sabotage your bad habits attempt to sabotage you!
