Ilya has been Rachel and my couples therapist for the past 5 years. I owe so much of my personal growth and maturity to Ilya's guidance and wisdom, and feel honored to have him on the pod. In addition to being the best therapist I've ever met, I really wanted to get him on the pod to talk through a new type of healing modality that he has been fine tuning over the past few years. Rachel and I have been practicing Transformative Listening in our sessions and it has very much accelerated our progress as individuals and as a unit.
