Join us as we Spill the TEA about coping with loss. Learn how some of life's most stressful events have deepened the meaning of our journey and how we have healed within the TEA community.

In this episode, we explore and reference the works of Elizabeth Kubler-Ross and David Kessler, who define the five stages of grief as denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance.  In later works,  Kessler has added meaning to the established stages.
