HCS (Home and Community Services) is a Medicaid waiver program that supplies services and support to Texans with an intellectual disability (ID) or a related condition so that they can live in the community. If you have received the HCS waiver, you may have many questions. When you are contacted by LIDDA, you may still be confused. If so, this webinar is for you!
