Kirk and Fred discuss the relationship between FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis)  and HALT (Highly Accelerated Limit Test)

• The informal FMEA on a medical product identified a possible weak link that could be a safety hazard due to the single failure point, and it led to a redesign.
