When is comes to being healthy what do you think of? You probably said something about exercising or the dreaded burpees. A plate of broccoli and tofu may have come to mind or a ridiculous amount of water that keeps your quads burning & step count climbing because you are getting up and down out of your chair constantly to run to the bathroom and pee.
That’s all true…well, in a way. I would like to think healthy paints a prettier picture in your mind. Today, let’s talk about some of the things that make us healthy that aren’t usually in that initial flash of your mind’s eye when you hear the H word.
I’m talking about the less talked about areas of your life that contribute to wellness like keeping your pelvic floor in shape, good gut health, the importance of quality sleep, and reducing stress.
