In this week's episode, Dr. Trey Dobson chats with Telemedicine Expert Kevin Curtis, MD, the medical director of Connected Care and the Center for Telehealth at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health and an associate professor of Emergency Medicine at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. They discuss Dr. Curtis' previous experience as a chemical engineer at McDonnell Douglas Astronautics working on President Reagan's strategic defense initiative with particle beam lasers as well as the telemedicine now and in the future.
