In this week's episode, Dr. Trey Dobson chats with UVM's president and chief operating officer Stephen Leffler, MD. For more than 25 years, Dr. Leffler has worked at UVM Medical Center as an emergency room physician, and is a professor of surgery at the UVM College of Medicine. They discuss emergency medicine, and Dr. Leffler growing up and working in his family's country store in rural Vermont where he was able to hone his customer service skills.
