Well here we are at the end of 2019. Another year gone by with not quite everything done that you had intended. Is there something that you wish you had done or not done? Do you find yourself wishing for a do-over? Is there someone who hurt you or that you hurt and it continues to haunt you. Today we’ll talk about how to move forward, let go of the past, not worry about the future and to live in the moment.
