Martian Buried Here - Aurora, Texas

Aurora is a small town covering just 3.7 square miles in Wise County, Texas, with a population of just 1,200 people. But this small slice of Texas, isn't famous for being a small town in the middle of nowhere. Aurora is best known for the UFO incident that occurred on April 17th, 1897 when, according to locals, a UFO crashed on a farm near town. This incident was similar to the more famous Roswell UFO incident that would happen 50 years later.

As according to locals, the UFO crash that happened in 1897 resulted in the death of a pilot that was not of this world, what many would call, an alien. This is where the story goes deeper, located in the Aurora Cemetery, lies the supposed burial plot of this extraterrestrial pilot, and a stone marker that was once upon its grave, has now since been removed. Making this seem like a possible cover up or a hoax.
