Black Manhattan Recipe: 2oz rye whiskey, 1oz Amaro, 2 dashes Angostura bitters, 2 dashes orange bitters. Stir over ice and strain into a coupe glass over an Eli Mason cocktail cherry.

Negroni Recipe: 1.5oz London dry gin, 1.5oz sweet vermouth, 1.5oz Campari, 2 dashes orange bitters. Stir over ice and strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice and an orange peel.

El Presidente Recipe: 1.5oz aged dark rum, 1.5oz sweet white vermouth, .25oz dry curacao, 1 barspoon Eli Mason grenadine, 2 dashes Angostura bitters. Stir over ice and strain into a fancy glass with an orange peel.
