What is "play" too you?  Maybe dancing in the kitchen while making dinner, or hula hooping while belting out your favourite tunes?  Or perhaps it's disco rollerskating.  But what if you have forgotten how to play?  As adults, play isn't a term we regularly use to describe what we do day in and day out, but it's an essential part of the creative process.  Join us, and our special guest Angelique Doyle from Awakening Personal Enlightenment, as we rediscover play.
