Are science and spirituality diametrically opposed, or are their ways in which certain elements of science can be seen to support some spiritual principles. In this episode, Rebecca and Ruth explore this question, and chat about some of the ways in which spirituality is significant in their lives. They chat about trust, about congruence and some spiritual practices that can be helpful to increase knowledge of Self, and to reduce symptoms of anxiety and distress.
