This week the cards are bringing in reassurance to let you know that there is a bigger plan happening. You may have been feeling out of sorts but it is all coming together nicely.

There is a strong message coming through to say you are supported and this is part of your manifesting journey.

It can be hard going through this process when you can't see the bigger picture but I find meditation has been my biggest support. Even when I feel overwhelmed and tired of it all I can meditate and instantly feel better. This is why I always teach my clients to connect in with their own inner voice and create a meditation practice. I have took these techniques I teach and put them in a short course for you. So in 4 weeks you too can be meditating like a pro in 5-10 minutes a day.
