4: It's Not About You

Welcome to the tough love episode! This was a KEY concept for me to finally understand when I started turning my confidence around. Once you can accept that what other people say and do has NOTHING to do with you (and you realize how selfish it actually is to think that people do things because of you), it's easier to stop taking things personally and start building your confidence level back up!
