Mark Walsh AKA Mr Embodiment on the dark night of the soul!

A deep dig into the dark night of the soul with Mark Walsh, which I hasten to add includes sex, drugs, worms (not for the feint hearted) and aikido! He is known as Mr Embodiment who runs a fabulous body of work called Embodiment Unlimited, I know it's great because I've taken part and it rocks.

It was a superb conversation, originally recorded for a documentary that hasn't yet manifested, but hey, in time we will come back to Marks story in it if we ever get if off the ground.

So here we are highlighting many of todays issues around embodiment and the difficulties many of us have on the spiritual journey of recovery.

Mark added some great stories about growing up, and got me talking about one of my favourite topics, dance and shamanism. He is the author of Embodiment, Working with the Body in Training and Coaching, and Embodied Meditation.
