here is a beautiful soul teaching from the lovely Zara Waldebäck who teaches courses on Writing with Soul, Nature Relations and Ancestral Healing. She has worked with story for as long as she can remember. Her first step in any work is to connect and listen. 

She is part of the Scandinavian Center for Shamanic Studies and lives in southern Sweden.
