When you are manifesting, be conscious of the role of your ego. Let your Higher Self be at the wheel, so your life can be in accordance with your highest timeline, for the greatest good of all. Don't be fooled by the illusions and distractions of the ego. Your ego has a part to play in being the actor to move you through your life experience, but it is more fulfilling to allow the Higher Self to be the driver.
