Allowing ourselves to connect with our triggers is how we can release them from our bodies. Having moments of pause and reflection, taking inventory of our triggers and where they are coming from, reconnects our bodies, mind, and spirit to the here and now. Which allows us to hear what could be causing a triggers we are facing. Connecting with triggers allows space to release the emotions, pains, and traumas in our bodies which leads to deep healing. Being triggered is not something to be ashamed of. But a moment to learn how to love yourself more in the moment. Giving yourself compassion and grace.
