How to feel positive about the URC season ahead

This weeks pod has an in depth study into the Scarlets senior squad (Huw would like to stress - very strongly - that this does not include the academy, or players that we would like to see in the senior squad) and rating them from having something to prove to a definite starter! Surprisingly - hairstyle is not a criteria on which to base a players rating - yet!
The boys also work their way through the WRU statement regarding the Cardiff game, still not talking about the pre-season games, overly sensitive supporters of other teams and the game against the Bulls in the URC!
