So this week we’re discussing how to stay strong during these challenging times of world upheaval.
We need to keep our spirits up, and to have techniques that replenish us so that we can be a force for good. So that’s what I’m here to do today. It’s going to be a short and sweet episode, but full of good things to have a positive impact on your life.
