Self-love, self-esteem, self-worth... they’re all pretty much the same thing.
This is an area so many people struggle with. Feeling like we’re not good enough is a general human malaise these days, and it has all sorts of knock-on implications for our mental, emotional, and even physical health and well-being.
This week in part one, we’re going to discuss the importance of cultivating a healthy sense of self-esteem, and in part two next week, I’m going to share some easy ways that you can begin to cultivate self-love and improve your life no end!
