Happy new year!
I hope you’re feeling good after the end of year festivities, and are raring to go into 2021.
And after the whopper of a year we had in 2020, I want to share with you a technique I’m using this year, to set the tone for my year ahead, so that I can fill it with purpose, intention and positivity.
I began this practice last year, dubbed the year from hell, as an antidote to all the negativity and uncertainty that was dragging me down.
I felt myself sinking, getting submerged in the mess, and had to find a way to lift myself up and get back to my regular cheerful, positive self.
This easy practice led to a shift of focus that had a massive impact on my life and my mindset. It was so good, I’ve decided to carry on with it this year!
