Let’s talk about why you don’t have high self esteem because the fact of the matter is that many people struggle with having high self esteem. I have learned that the struggle with high self esteem can be more common among women because let’s face it. Women go through a lot of criticism. From men, from society, from other women causing women to struggle with having high self esteem.
Because what I have learned is that the world is always going to be criticizing you and finding something wrong with you or at least making you think that something is wrong with you and therefore if you listen to them you will be stuck in an endless cycle of low self esteem because of what everyone else says. When really high self esteem comes from within. Therefore, I am going to tell you why you do not have high self esteem and how to get it.
