“Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.” Proverbs 4:23 (NIV)

The reason why I wanted to start off with this verse is that I need you to understand how important it is to guard your heart. EVERYTHING flows from it. If you do not guard your heart and you just let anyone and everyone into it, allowing them to leave little deposits in it then you can develop some serious issues.
