Belgian director Lukas Dhont, whose powerful new drama Close was just nominated for the Best International Feature Oscar, celebrates Chantal Akerman's revolutionary Jeanne Dielman, 23 Quai du Commerce, 1080 Bruxelles being named the greatest film of all time by Sight & Sound last year.
