So many of us were taught to push down our emotions, power through, or stay “in control.” But that constant inner tension doesn’t bring peace … it keeps your nervous system stuck in a state of stress and overwhelm.


In this episode of Somatic Healing Meditations, we’ll explore how resisting your emotions actually activates your nervous system, and how allowing (even just a little) can begin to bring relief, calm, and connection. You’ll learn why this shift matters, and how to begin making it in a safe and supportive way. 💗


Then we’ll move into a soothing somatic meditation to help you practice that shift. Through self-havening and gentle “iffirmations,” you’ll be guided to soften resistance, reconnect with your body, and experience the peace that comes when every part of you is allowed to be here.


This is a powerful, body-based way to calm your nervous system and return to yourself with more compassion and ease. 🫶
